On or around 1943 a detainee died on the parade ground of a prison establishment named I think Fort Darland in Kent.---It made the national press by virtue of the fact that the dead man was removed from the parade ground by a builders wheel-barrow---scandalous.----Does anyone know the full story with its details.---Thanks
