Any information or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to find any information or ideas for further research on my father's Military History. I have already contacted NPRC and hopefully will get some more information, but last I knew alot of my father's information was destroyed in fire in 1973. Here's some information that I have on my dad and I would appreciate any assistance anyone could provide.

Thomas Sullivan served in USAAF from 12-Sep-1941 to 20-Oct-1945. Training in 1941 at Camp Wheeler, GA part of Co. C. 7th Training Battalion - I have group photo for this.
Discharge papers shows he was in 3rd Troop Carrier Group. They also mention that he was in Ascension Islands from 14-Aug-1942 to 13-Jul-1944, Radar/Teletype Operator. I also have papers showing him as being part of 692nd Signal Company (AWS) which I understand was part of Composite Force 8012.
