... we now fight wars without arousing the well being of the American people... Oh that it would remain true! After Sept. 11th 2001 it can no longer be said that way. War and it,s combat experience has come home to the US. In the 20th century we tried to keep the battles away from our shores.
Now in the 21st century the American people has to learn how to combat terroist on our turf. Yes, life is not going to be the same, again. We would have wanted to leave the future generations a more peaceful life in the US.
