Classification: Query
Hi, I have come across a dog tag of a Marine who served in the Marshall Islands. I'm trying to get the dog tag to it's rightfull owner.

The tag reads;
Forrester
Albert B.
xxxx (unable to read) P
T/8/x2 (x= unable to read)
USMCR

The tag is very hard to read and very weathered. It looks like it may have been in a fire at one point. The tag was actually found on the Island of Eniburr, three islands down from the Island of Roi-Namur of the Kwajalein Atoll. The code name of the U.S. invasion of the Marshall Islands was operation "Flint-Lock".

I'm living on Roi-Namur and working for the Roi-Namur Police Detachment of the Kwajalein Police Department. Any resources you may know of in trying to locate this man or his survivng family so that I may return the tag would be greatly appreciated.

Respectfully,
Shilo J. Watts
