Have you tried contacting the Princess Patricia Canadian Light Infantry present command to see it they will help. Wikipedia has a reference article about them with internet links, one to a club of retired members. Also there is a Avro (Aircraft) Museum that might help you with what the "Avro 10 year Club" is/was and would they have a membership list. If you don't find family you might consider donating the items to the various organiztions or a local Canadian WWII museum or Veteran's group.
