I am the author of NO TIME FOR FEAR: VOICES OF AMERICAN MILITARY NURSES IN WORLD WAR II, published by Michigan State University Press. The book contains oral histories of 120 nurses who served overseas, including some who were at Pearl Harbor on 12/7/41. I did not interview Lois Watson, but there may be one I did talk to who knew Lois. At this time I am not sure if any are alive, or capable of answering you. I do not want to give out their addresses, but there may be a way to contact them that will let you know something. Please reply.
Also, the book is available through libraries, or on the internet, if you want to know what happened to these brave women. I will also reply to the inquiry from the person who knew the other Lois Watson.
