I would like to hear from anyone who knew anything about my mother. She went to Kentucky Baptist Hospital in Louisville KY for her nurses training; she was a registered nurse and she was a naval lieutenant in WW II. She left the Navy in 1952 and moved to New York with her husband Luke Amereno. She died in 1980 and I was barely out of my teens. I really enjoyed hearing her stories about her friends in the Navy and all. I would like very much to hear from anyone who has family that may have known her or maybe there is someone out there that knew her themselves. PLease write if you do.
