Bob, I have contacted the American Legion in our town. If I don't get any results, I will get back to you. Thank you for your willingness to help. So sorry to see the damage done by the floods in Iowa. We experienced the same in Dec. in our community. Fortunately we live on high ground. No, I am not working on a time frame. Her ashes have already been sent to the cemetery. A WWII plaque can be added later, I understand. Diana
