Attached is a picture taken in North Africa on 12 Oct 1943 with identification of each man. The shoulder patch indicates 1st Armored Division and I believe they are part of the 141st Signal Battalion. My uncle Henry P. Green served in this unit and is in the picture. The campaigns that this unit participated in were-Algeria, Tunisia, Naples-Foggia, Anzio, Rome-Arno, North Apennines and Po Valley. I'm hoping this post will find descendents of these men and give you a memento of their WWII years.
