I also contacted the Archives and paid 20.00 for information that I already had. I also did it for my mother at the same time and the price went up to 25.00 so I just passed on that one. I hope you have better luck, my problem is that the information was lost in a fire for them both and they try to put together a file and they don't have much to go on. My question is this; if they have the unit number why can't they give information on the unit? They must have records of where that unit was located and/or served. That is going to be my next research project.
