My name is Paul Riley. I am looking for my birth mother who gave me up for adoption.
I was born on April 8, 1959 in Takoma Park, Maryland. My mother's madien name is Ruth Olive Bowen and she was born on August 5, 1931 in Lower Marlboro, MD. She was living at 54 Elm Avenue in Takoma Park, Md when she signed my adoption papers. The papers she signed said she would never look for me, but I am interested in finding her. Thank you.
