The adoption name is David Michael Kokanour, though for a day or two it was John Smith. I was born 17 JUL 1955 in Los Angeles County, CA. The adoptive parents lived in San Gabriel, CA so the hospital was probably in San Gabriel or Alhambra. Thank you.
