Looking for Grandma's birth parents

Surnames: Schmitz/Hopkins
When my Grandma's mom died she recieved a letter informing her that she was adopted. Her dad had little info to give her. My grandma, Florence Hopkins, was born in 1925. Her adopted parents are Charles and Hazel(Whalen)Hopkins. She had one brother, Claude.
