Surnames: beirne and smith
my biological fathers is called stephen smith and was born around 1960 at the time i was born he was living in chelmsley wood in birmingham.
My 2 brothers i am looking for are michael carle beirne born 1989 he went into foster care about 8 or so years ago. also my other brother mark beirne born may 1986 he was adopted about 1990 so his last name is now something different. if anyone could help me i would really appreciate it..
