I was born in the county of okanogan in the town of brewster wa at the okanogan douglas county hospital
I was born on sept 13,1979 at 3:04pm
b-m age at birth was 14 she had reddish blond hair, hazel eyes and raised in a very violent home.
fathers the potential father refused to take a blood test to establish paternity he relinquished: then decided he wanted me
this potential father was caucasian, sandy hair, light skin blue eyes slight build
1 of the grandparents had a small amount of native american heritage
mother had atypical bi-polar disorder
mother was in foster care during prenancy and went to school
mother was in the winthrop foster home with me. mother is tender,gentle excellent when she can be a mother
grandmother was 41 in 1981. she had her first baby at age 16 3 out of her 9 children were relinquished there were 3 older sisters, one has depression and a mental illness not sure of type. the granmother was diagnosed by local mental health officials. caseworker believes schizophrenia affective tye-takes form of manic depressive behavior
I was born a couple weeks early weight 4lb 12oz 17in long. mom was under great stress at delivery i was born jaundiced.
when didn't clear up within a few days mother and I were taken by ambulance to wenatchee then given a transfusion and then it cleared
was released from hospital and when't to lopez foster home I was with out my mom for about 7 months.
when I was in the wenatchee hospital my mom was under great stress with no money no place to stay she tryed to stay with a sister but their was guns and a lot of fighting that was their way of growing up in june of 1980 mother was put into foster care with me in oct1980 mother ran away and decided to relinquish me this was in nov 1980. from 1980 to feb 1981 mother and boyfriend stayed around she ended up at the fairfax hospital for 21 days (then released I think )
my adoption was finalized on dec 30,1981 the juge was yoncy reser in the walla walla county court house I was placed with my adopted family june 1,1981 the physician that delivered me was willam j heary who is now not living the attorne was jack williams who is not living agency that handiled adoption state of washington dept. of social health services my adopted mothers name was verginia dee kirk and now it is ginny d schneider adopted dad lowell schneider they picked me up at the cedar inn and sandy was the social worker .
august 23,1982 leatter to adopted parents from wanda tyler states that the health department in okanogan have no records for me candy bessire is no longer working for dshs. rh factor mother rh nag. baby rha positive. baby given rogan
physical examination baby limp had difficulty breathing at first normal after delivery

I contacted the juge and he wrote this to the juge know dear judge zagelow
please accept this letter as my petition to open my adoption file .

I was adopted in walla walla by ginny and lowell schneider.both my parents support my effort to locate my birth parents. the adoption decree was signed by judge reser I contacted him and he suggested I write to you. he drafted this letter to you based on information I gave him over the phone .
I have several reasons for wanting to contact my birth parents. their is of course the natural curiosity
of wanting to know my roots. in addition there are medical reasons. my adoptive parents understood that their may have been bi-polar disorder in my birth family . my child has been duagnosed with a blood disorder. whether this has a genetic basis ,I do not know.
I have been told that it may be required that a third person contact my birth parent to see if they have objection to being contacted by me. if so , I would hope that it is not an expensive process as I do not have extra money in my budget. could you have your court reporter or the clerk's office contact me as to any forms required to be filled out

I emailed the hospital they told me that her name is DIXIE MAY WEAR and that she was living in winthrop area at the time of my birth .thats all I know
would like to find foster mother Joe & mary cynthea chonie roland and larry lopez
this is all I have I called a dixie may wear 52 years old but she wasn't her neat woman though
