I am trying to locate my son who was surrendered to adoption through Family Court in Toronto Ontario on April 18, 1961. He was adopted within the Toronto area in 1962.
I have no knowledge of his adoptive name . His birth name was Gregory William Wood ( my maiden name) He has been contacted by me through the Adoption Disclosure Registry to pass on medical information in 2001. Since that time I have more medical info to pass on but have no way to reach my son.My son has not registered with the ADR. This medical information is important to him and any children he
may have. He is said to be an accomplished person with a good education and a good job. His adoptive father came from Wales at the age of four. My son's last name is said to be "common" probably of Welsh extraction and his first name is unusual. He approached the CAS in 1985 to ask questions about his birth and I would wonder if that was the year he may have gotten married ?? We are almost exactly 20 years apart......he is 47 and I am 67.
