My name is Cynthia Peters and I am trying to find my birthmother Maria Cieslak. The adoption took place in Karlsruhe, Germany. I have all of her information, but I have no idea how to go about finding her. I have her full name, date of birth, where she was born and her passport information. I am very frustrated because I have no idea how to use this information in a foreign country. Can anyone help me?
