Looking for lost brother
I am searching for my brother, Brian David Carr, born March 1958 at Eastern Bays Obstetric Hospital, Auckland New Zealand. Unfortunately I do not know his post-adoption name and only came to learn of his existence through a chance remark from a distant relative. Have tried CYF but they seem reluctant to assist due to privacy issues and the fact that I don't have his post-adoption name. Can anyone suggest any other avenues?
