France bro/sister adopted from Indiana Sailor & Soldiers Childrens Home

Surnames: France/Harrell
ISO Charles "Chucky" Edward and Harrietta Sue "Susie" France who were dismissed "Adopted?" from the Indiana Sailors and Soldiers Children Home in Knightstown, IN in 1959. Their parents were Flora Elizabeth "Betz" (Harrell) and Harry France from Wabash, IN. Their mother died in 1956 and they were placed in the home. Their mother was an aunt to my mom. Would love to know any information they would care to share with me. I have been searching for them since 1997. Thanks!
