Searching for granddaughter born in Mancester, NH, 1988

I have a 20 yr old granddaughter who I've been trying to find for yrs. She was born in Manchester, NH to my son, Mike Wimbley and his girlfriend, who we never got to meet. We think her birthday is the first week of May, 1988.
My son never got to know his daughter. He had some troubles and ended up in Colebrook, NH in reform school. By the time he got out, his girlfriend and baby were gone and now we think Felissa may have been adopted. Is there anything at all I can do to find her? I don't know what hospital she was born at, nor do I know any of her mother's family. Thank you for all you can do, Debbie
