I am looking for my mother's brother who was adopted away as a small boy. He was born to Hazel Dorothy McHugh and Tony (Anthony) Bodtmann. He was given to a couple in general square in Jersey City, New Jersey. He was given back to his birth parents because his adopted mother was sick and they did not know if she was going to live. She did however get better and took him back. They then moved away and no one knows their names or where they went. At the time of his adoption he had one brother. After he was given away, he had another brother and sister. Tony and hazel then divorced and hazel remarried and had more children.
George may have been born in Margret Haige Hospital which is now Jersey City medical center. If anyone knows any info on this man please contact me ASAP. My mother thinks about him everyday wondering if she will ever meet her brother for the first time.
