I am searching for my fathers birth relatives, he was born on May 30, 1930 in Oklahoma his mothers name was Myrle Carter. She listed Mangum, Oklahoma on the adoption papers. He was put a ward of the court and put in the home of Mrs. Willie Milroy in Oklahoma City on June 20, 1930. His birth name was Max Moore Carter. That is all the information that I have.
