You mentioned Kermit Tx. It is in Winkler Co. There is a Betty Joan Montgomery who had a male child with last name of Riddles on May 9, 1966. No father was listed making it appear it could have been an unwed mother who named the child with the father's last name, perhaps. Contact me at mhop7@aol.com
