False birth parent names?

I'm starting to believe there was an awful lot of false birth parent names going on in Oregon? Why, when they believed the records were sealed? My mother (now deceased) was born in the Florence Crittendon (sp?) home for unwed mothers in Portland in 1929. Her mother's name is listed as Louise Fail, born in Illinois around 1909. Her employment was as a domestic in Berkeley, California, and Mom's pre-adoption birth record shows Louise had 2 other children, one living. The father is listed as Jack Ceresetti, born in Italy about 1900, employed as a "Frigidaire mechanic" in Oakland, California. My mother's adoptive parents also lived in Oakland, California, they were unable to have children, but did adopt one child, their son, before my mom. I have many, many years of experience in genealogy research, and I cannot find Louise Fail or Jack (or even Giacomo) Ceresetti ANYWHERE! Any ideas?

I have been trying for years now to contact my youngest daughter, Lalanya Dawn (Myers) Phillips. She has been in contact with her father for the past couple of years. I have spoke to him and wrote letters and sent cards to him to pass on to her, but I have not heard a word. Her father says that her adopted mom is sorta jealous and does not want her to have contact, she does not want her hurt. Lalanya is now 29 years old, married and has 3 son's of her own. I know her and her family live in a small town around Springfield/Eugene. I do not know what her husband name is. Lalanya was born 2/27/1979 in Longview, WA. She has an older brother and sister that both live in Longiew. I am 55 years old and have not had contact for 20 years. I would just love to hear her voice or get a note, before I leave this earth. If anyone can help I sure would appreciate it.

I am Looking for a sibling Adopted in the Spring of 1968 From the Portland, Oregon area. I do not know the childs sex. My mother Gertrude Foresta (Leonard)Royal gave this baby up. Between her marriages. She had Five children before this child was born and two more after she remaried.
She was born in Los Angelas, California in 1938, She was on State assistance (Welfare) at the time of birth. Gertrude (Trudy) would have been about 29 or 30 years old. She is white.

She may have used a variety of different names. ie Leonard, Royal, Field, Long For last names, Trudy for a First name.
if anyone has any links or information I would very much appreciate it. They have a large family looking for them.

My mother was born October 5th 1964 in Portland,Oregon, she was then given to the boys and girls adoption agency and adopted to a military family. On the info given to her it says that her mother was 18 and the father 21. It also listed sibling birth years for the mother, at least seven sisters and brothers. It listed the mother as Irish and the father as Swedish. That is all the information I have. Anybody opened adoption records in Wasco County, Oregon?

i've been told it's easier to open records in some counties than others. my adoption was finalized in wasco county, oregon. does anybody know anything about the current status out there on this issue? are judges likely to pass it on through? my agency is willing, so they're not going to fight it on any level, and my adoptive parents are behind me 100%...does any of that matter?

if it is a 'sympathetic' county, does anyone have any good reocommendations for where to look for an attorney with exp of this kind in the dalles, oregon?

I am a closed adaption. I was born in portland OR in 1985. I was given up for adaption through the Boys and Girls Aid Society. My foster mother, Norita, called me Starr.
Before her passing I was able to meet my foster mother when I was a child.now as an adult,I am in search of my family. I played played basket ball since I was in 3rd grade, something I was told I have in common with my mother. I was also told that I have two older siblings, one brother and one sister and that my best chance at contact with my family is to ask for one of my many aunts to come forward. My grandmother was still alive at the time of my birth but my grandfather had passed.
I understand the need for privacy, if my birth mother wishes not to contact me directly. I do ask that she ignoledges me as her child so that I may become enrolled. enrollment is my only shot at college and healthcare at this point. as much as I would love to know my family, I am willing to settle for a chance at enrollment.
Please don't confuse that wish as the only reason to find my mother. My adopted grandmother wants nothing more than for me to find my biological family before her passing. My oldest son's best friend since grade school (and still) has asked me to try to find out about his birth mother. He has a copy of "Standard Certificate of Live Birth" from the state of Oregon.
It states: white male, single birth, on July 18, 1953 at Holladay Park Hospital, 2623 N. Vancouver Ave, Multnomah County, Portland, Oregon.
Mother is listed as: Loretta Mae YOUNGER, white female, 18 years old, her place of birth says Colorado. (Our family is from the midwest and are aware that there are many YOUNGERS in Mo., Ill. and midwestern area, so don't neccessarily put all my faith in her birthplace being Colorado)
It also has another address, which is: 3417 N.E. 7th Ave. I believe this might be some sort of residence for unmarried girls before they give birth to the babies which are probably meant for adoption.
This young (to me anyhow) man has no intention of making uninvited contact. He has become interested in the importance of family history and genealogy because my husband and I have long been into research of this kind on our own families. He also, now that he is older, realizes the importance that genes can play in a tendency toward inheirited health problems and behavior, etc.
He has been like another son to me for many years, even goes with the 'guys' on the family fishing trip every year. We would all be most grateful for any information anyone could give.

Looking for the baby girl my Aunt Adell gave birth to in 1945. She was born Sharon Lee Snow, but was adopt out of Waverly Baby Home sometime in 1946. Possibly to a doctor. Might not have been adopted, just taken. My Aunt had left her with my parents and she became sick. They took her to a clinic and since they did not know where Adell was at the time the clinic staff turned her in as an unfit mother and the authorities took Sharon to Waverly baby home.
