I am trying to locate my grandson. His birth given name was Anthony Elijah Gilbert. He was born on October 9, 1999 in Rapid City, SD. His mother had to put him up for adoption. A couple who once lived in Spokane, Washington adopted him and his name was changed to Elijah James Hatcher. I don't want to take him from his adopted parents. I just want him
to know his family history and that he has grandparents looking for him and want to be part of his life.
