I am searching for my half brother, here is the info I know. His birth name was Dale William, not what his last name was either Simms or Acquard or Savage. He was born on September 10, 1971 in Nashville, Tenn. He went to Father Bakers(New York) when he was 1 month old. Then went to foster home. He was adopted my a family who lived in Niagara Falls(US side). The mother was a nurse at the time I think. If anyone has any information or can help me please email at bryanschiefer@live.com.
