My husband was also adopted. His adoption was finalized in San Antonio, TX. Bexer County. His records were sealed and we new nothing. We found out the judicial court and got on the docect. He and his sister went in front of the judge to have the records unsealed. Therefor it opened up the sealed records. Do you know where your adoption was finalized in??
