Birthname Noel Schmidt, adopted last name unknown
Noel was born in the mid 50's to Norvin and Adele Schmidt in the Detroit, Michigan area. Adele already had a daughter named Dondee. Both children were adopted by Adele's new husband, so Noels last name is no longer Schmidt and hasn't been for at least 40 years.
