I appreciate the suggestion but it's just not practical. The first test, ordered on November 5th shipped on November 12th to a very old address of mine. They did an error report on it November 26th and shipped another test to me on December 5th. The shipping address was correct this time, they tell me. If the test was received by any neighbor that cared, they would have had time to put it back in their mail box for redelivery or would have bro't it to my house. Anyone that did not care, probably tossed it out by now. (The test ships out from California "I think"... said the customer service rep... and I live in Arizona)For me to guess the multitude of possible addresses it might have gone to and then go to those places is not something I can or should have to do. I am afraid something else has gone wrong, computer imput wise, with this whole order and nothing is going out to me. At this point, I have spoken to them again today and a DNA department supervisor is supposed to be emailing me. We will see...
