I have sent in 5 Ancestry DNA kits and all of them have been rejected on a multitude of different time lengths reason being said that my sample did not contain enough DNA. Now, I've done several of these tests and have never had a problem. The 3rd test I even had a representative walk me through step by step. I am doing exactly what I am supposed to do. Fearing it was a mail delay causing my sample to "expire" I paid and had it overnight-ed to them....rejected, again and again. I call and have gotten NO help. They just tell me they will send another test. Has anyone else had this problem? It's really ridiculous.
