Ordered November 5, 2012. They sent to (5 year old) old address, even tho' they sent something to me 6 months ago at correct address.
Said they sent a second test December 5th, 2012. Had not received by December 28th. They said they'd have a DNA supervisor email me. Never did. Called again January 2, 2013. Said they would request a THIRD test sent to me... we will see.
They offered me 2 extra weeks added onto my membership for the inconvenience, but wanted my CC info... I said no! And don't even ask me to take a brief survey when I still do not have my DNA test I paid for 2 months ago.
They say they can not express ship a kit to me. I think something is not going into the computer correctly... they keep using the same order#, which was "canceled"... and can't tell me the kit#'s of kit 2 or 3 that are/were sent out. I don't get it.
I want my DNA kit. I am not going to do this month after month.
