I ordered my DNA kit on 3/25/13 and received it about 5 days later. When I tried to activate the kits, an error message came up. I called Ancestry.com and was told there must've been some error in the ordering process. After two phone calls, nothing has been done. I'm out $99 (times 2) and have 2 useless DNA kits sitting on my counter at home. I am going to be patient and give them until 4/25/13 to make it a month but after that, I'm going to raise heck to get my money back. What a ripoff. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks.
