This whole new format is really pathetic. What took only minutes or seconds to determine if what you got is what you wanted it now takes reading the entire page to analyze the results. What they had in one line before now takes up 3 or 4 lines and a small portion of the page. As of today they don’t even have a “go back” option on some of the search pages to get the old way. Looks like they snuck this one in on us during the night and will have to live with what they give us. I also have a problem with their surveys I cannot see anyone that has spent hours researching for their ancestry being satisfied with this garbage. Very cumbersome format and instead of getting one page of categorized results you get pages of single items. On some of the pages you do get a choice to rearrange the categories but not on every results page. Well that is my 2 cents worth and it too will probably be tossed into the circular file. I really believe that the powers to be in this company cannot be reading any of the messages coming in on these boards. So much dissatisfaction.
