it would seem that nearly all of us on this thread have been experiencing problems over the last two weeks (for me it is since approx 10th October).
Those of us who have finally had responses by email from the technical team have all been made to feel as though it is something we have each either not done or which we are doing wrong; when in fact it is a problem with ancestry it self as is very apparent from the post from bradwigglesworth1 that ancestry does know it has a problem; but would prefer not to be open, honest and up front with this information to its subscribers: which is very disappointing to say the least
