This yawn-going complaint has been ignored by ACOM since Jul 2009. Perhaps someone should post this to the new "community support" boards, which has been described by RWAdmin as:
"The new 'boards' are the Community Support boards found through the Get Help link and are completely separate from these boards. The idea is to have these boards be primarily research while the Community support boards will be technical support from each other."http://boards.ancestry.com/topics.ancestry.ancsite/12474.7.1...
I have NO idea if this suggestion by another member works.

"Noticed the same issues, beginning last summer, when entering or editing stories while using IE (Internet Explorer). Also, all previously added stories had become run-together.
Open Ancestry.com in Google Chrome instead. When you add new stories, the spacing stays put.
To revise old stories that have become a run-together mess:
1) Start a 'new' story using Google Chrome.
2) Re-copy the text from your genealogy program, paste into the story editor, save. Check to be sure it saved properly.
3) Delete the old run-together story (you'll spend way too much time adding spaces back into the content)" http://boards.ancestry.com/thread.aspx?mv=flat&m=12512&a...
