In response to Barbara's suggestion I will give you at least one example of the problem I am having. My tree is public so here are two different records that will not merge, but give me the "Come Back Soon" screen:

I can tell you that they are set up as different sexes. The names are not sex related, and I don't have a spouse, so I don't know the sex. I will try and change that and see if it will then merge.

I will now go and try changing the sex of one of the Estle's to see if the merge will work then. Changing the sex on one Estle didn't help. I still got the Check Back Soon screen.

Lucile Breshears - well even though I got the "Come Back Soon" screen, they merged. I usually clean them up after they merge, but this time I will leave the one below as it is after the merge, in case it will help the programmers.
