Kathleen, you're having many of the same issues I've been having. It's gotten to the point that I can't use my computer for anything else when I click onto the new viewer, it runs my motor so much I'm afraid it's going to explode, not to mention the fact that I can't see the images clearly, anyways, especially the section where the names I'd searched for appears. Luckily, most of the databases have given the option of both viewers and I have just plain stopped bothering with trying to use the interactive viewer. I've made sure that I have clicked the button to report problems on the pages I did try though, Gentry actually emails you with an acknowledgment, which I very much appreciate. I also hope they are not going to do away with the current one yet, though, until they get this thing fixed for everybody. There's got to be an easier way to fix this viewer than the way things are now, this is crazy.
