A couple of days ago there was a site maintenance project that made large parts of the site nonfunctional. Not surprisingly that caused a lot of consternation for members, who had no idea what was going on.
It then was reported, member-to-member on the message boards, that this had been announced by Acom - but only on its Facebook page. I think that such announcements also should be on the Acom homepage. Even for members who also are on FB, this would be a big convenience since they likely would be discovering the issue while on THIS site, not while on FB.
Please revise the approach to this type of announcement - you will avert a lot of the calls to support, the general grumbling, etc., if members just know what's going on.
