I am now getting blank searches in newspapers where I used to get hundreds if not thousands of hits. The same thing happened on the last "upgrade". So far I received one canned answer of "nothing seems to be wrong with the database, try logging out and back in. Ummmm, yeah. I love paying for a service I am not receiving.
