I don't know about their copyright law but I will tell you this. I was shocked to find my mother's obit. posted on here and not at all happy about it. What happened to not posting names of living relatives? My father, sister, and I are all still listed and it's all posted. She just passed away in 2010. I'll be calling the newspaper that they got it from in the AM.
