The homepage search box mostly does not perform a search, but indicates "done" with no results provided. This has been ongoing for at least a couple of weeks. I have to click on "search" in the navi bar at top of screen to find an alternate method of searching.
MyCanvas was malfunctioning on 24 June 2009. I attempted to print an excerpt from a newspage from Ancestry.com in a custom format. After I completed the document as I wanted it and printed it, I was unable to save it. I kept getting a login box which ignored my attempts to login by any method. However, when I used the browser backup arrow I was returned to the home page for MyCanvas and I was obviously logged in. I sent a feedback message to Ancestry, but I have not heard from Ancestry.com about this problem. Consequently I have lost the document that I had worked so hard to prepare. I did save the browser info if that will help you retrieve my work. Please advise of your solutions.
