I am really getting fed up. I am running WinXP SP3 and I use both IE7 and Firefox. I use the historical newspapers every day. A few month ago I had a problem where I would often get the "Error Processing Image Request" box when trying to view newspapers. I complained twice to Ancestry and finally received the boiler plate answer about clearing the cache, blah, blah, blah. They clearly didn't even listen to the problem. By that time, the problem cleared up without my doing anything and I went happily along until today, when the problem started again. Sometimes the page comes up, but mostly it doesn't. I can view other images, such as census, with no problem I have changed nothing whatsoever on my computer. I have Googled this problem and come up with many, many of the same complaints over the past few years. What gives? I really have to believe that this is an Ancestry problem and I am really upset given how much my annual subscription costs.
