I wonder if someone can help me? i've search onlince and on the boards but i can't find an answer.

A number of the public trees have a number (rather than a name) at the start of at location address (I think ancestry has even changed some of my written names to numbers. Can anyone tell me what the number represents. Its not longitude and latitude as i've mapped some of my UK ones and they ended up in the pacific ocean.
