By my estimation, the last indexing of the boards was done 2 MONTHS AGO on 20 Sep 2012. The "new normal" - weekly updates - appears to be a baffling concept.

"There was an automated process that failed. We fixed it. The message boards have been indexed weekly for the past two weeks; we anticipate that weekly updates will be the new normal. Of course, if we miss, I'm sure you will let us know. :-)"
