Dear Ancestry.com, I give up on trying to get tech. support help from your Get Help link because emails or phone calls regarding the problem invitees have had creating guest accounts or accessing the tree when they have and has been an ongoing issue since at least April continues today and you just keep repeating or sending the same link to creating an account to access the tree. As I have repeatedly said those are the steps they are following but have not worked with either creating guest accounts or after they have receive error messages that the tree is unavailable, etc. This is a great introduction that is will bring in new subscribers (sarcasm)!
