Then why did the ancestry support person tell me that my Mundia account was not only set to non searchable but 'deactivated'?

On 19 Jan, 2013 I received the following
"We can confirm that the Mundia account is now not searchable able and that the account has been deactivated with the trees hidden and not searchable."
