Yes I did have a rootsweb account (which is same user name/password) and yes it is the board alerts. They told me they found the cause which was an old billing addr and deleted it and I was to wait a month for changes to take effect & that was on 1/15/2013. I sent them an email on 2/12 telling them no change had taken effect and recd the automated response and nothing further. I just went out to rootsweb (which I don't use) & see that my old email is out there so I've changed that and will keep my fingers crossed that maybe now the "bug" will be gone. Tommorow's alerts will tell. Thanks for hint about rootsweb
