I have tried unsucessfully for over a year to get Ancestry to stop sending my email msgs to my old email addr. Each time they tell me it's resolved & will take a month to take effect since messages are delayed in placing on boards which I am totally at a loss to understand. Just another ruse to put me on back burner for a month. I am sooooo tired of it. They won't let me delete account and start over so I'm wondering has anyone experienced the same problem or do they just not have any experienced help in their tech dept. FYI: I have updated my personal info at least 6 times, it always shows the correct email addr but I do it anyway and yet the messages are still going to the old addr. Someone please help them with suggestions.
