Caution - Old Attachment/Citation Process May Not Be Reliable

I've begun to note, of late, that the vintage attachment/citation process will sometimes fail to capture accurately the associated index information. Here's an example (see the indexed name vs. the "attachment" name when you try to save)...

Interestingly enough, the new process correctly captures the indexed name.

I don't know if this is the result of some tinkering in advance of the new process or not, but be careful when using the vintage process. You might not be getting what you thought you would get.
