I have had 3 replies from Ancestry trying to explain how to fix it. The first thing they say is to "clear my cache" which is what happened in the first place. I followed the next suggestions but the problem was not fixed. I am taking my computer to the guy at the computer store and hopefuly he can help fix it for me. I have just resigned myself to not being able to use the viewer with IE and/or AOL but I never have a problem with Firefox and also I downloaded the new "Flock" browser which though it is billed as a social networking place, works with the viewer. Another browser, Opera, does too but I don't like the way that one presents things.
